About
I am the Autonomy Assurance Lead in the Office of Safety and Mission Success at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. I develop processes and computer-assisted tools that use rigorous methods to deliver, operate, and maintain dependable and trusted autonomous systems.
My work sits at the intersection of embedded systems, artificial intelligence, formal methods, and design automation, with the goal of increasing the level of autonomy of space systems.

Engineering methods, processes, and tool for dependable autonomous systems in safety- and mission-critical applicaitons.
Formal and model-based methods
Architectures, specifications, analysis, verification, and synthesis for complex cyber-physical systems.
Artificial Intelligence in engineering
How do we best use artifical intelligence in tool development, embedded software, assurance, and operations.
